Just a few more changes to make before I get it printed. The final piece will be a tri-fold on 11x17 paper, so much easier to read and follow along :) Super excited about how this project is turning out for the Map Making Skillshare class with Anne Ditmeyer.

World's End State Park

Just a few of the pictures I took on our trip to World's End State Park in Forksville, Pa. It was one of the most beautiful parks we've camped in and I definitely plan on returning to finish up more trails.

Forksville General Store, this was one of the only stores / restaurants in the area we were staying. They saved us when we were ready for some fresh coffee pot coffee!

Becky's Ice Cream was definitely worth the drive to the town over.

The view from our tent in the morning and our dinner of veggie and chicken kabobs, bacon wrapped asparagus, beans, and baked potatoes! We were taco free for 3 days, possibly a record :)

It was beautiful all day Saturday at the Porch at 30th St.

It was a really unique spot to set up, and overall, I had a great first craft show experience!

The City as an Egg

I recently signed up for a map-making class on Skillshare, which has resulted in some seriously intensive internet searching on unusual maps.

Here are some examples, that I found rather interesting.

There are so many ways to approach map making. I really like how different they all are. My favorite ended up being Cedric Price's simplified map of the City as an Egg.
